Dez
Owner & Registered Builder
With 20+ years of carpentry experience, Dez decided he was tired of working for other people and watching builders dish out poor quality and poor customer service - So Ladson Renovations was born with those 2 things as his main priority!
Leah
General Manager
Leah (AKA Dez's wife) jumped on board Ladson Reno's in 2024 when the business grew so rapidly the team were struggling to keep up. Leah runs the day to day operations at LR and you will also see her face if your project requires a colour selection too!
Jordan
Qualified Carpenter
Jordan is our longest standing employee at Ladson Renovations, being one of our first ever hires. Jordan is loyal and reliable and has an excellent skill for accuracy - Which is what you want when building or renovating!
Harry
Apprentice
Harry is the youngest, but the tallest member of our team. Harry started his school-based apprenticeship with us in 2022 and we couldn't be happier with his work ethic and skill. Harry is an exceptional young bloke, with a great attitude and we are proud to be mentoring him.
Laura
Administrator
Laura is our Admin Extraordinaire! She came on in 2022 when the business grew rapidly and Dez needed help running the day to day operations. Laura is your first point of contact, and will look after you from then until handover!
